Journaling for Clarity
So how are you doing? If you're feeling scattered, stressed, or like your head's too full to drive to work in the morning, this ones for you.
We're going to try a handful of simple ways to think on paper. Morning pages, gratitude lists that dont feel like a chore, one-line entries, complaining onto the page (yes that counts), and a few more. You'll test each one and keep what fits your actual life.
Every week is short talk, then we write for five or seven minutes, then whoever wants to share can. Nobody has to. There's no grade and nobody reads your notebook but you.
Bring a cheap spiral notebook and a pen you like. That's it. 😊

Getting the bad thoughts out of your skull counts, and here's how to do it well.
- Gratitude Without the Chore
Gratitude lists get a bad rap because people do them wrong, so we'll do them right.
- The Small Stuff: Lists, Lines, and Leftovers
A list can be a diary if you're paying attention, so we play with the tiny forms.
- Making It Yours
We take everything we tried and figure out what actually fits your life.
