Braise week, texture poll
For this week's braise, quick poll: do you prefer your pot roast falling-apart tender or still holding its shape when you cut it? No wrong answer, I just cook to the second one and always assume everyone wants the first, so I want to check myself.

So last week was dessert, the dutch oven cobbler and that skillet cookie thing... didnt set up right for me lol. but on this poll im in the falling apart camp too. wife... ex wife always wanted it firm, guess i finally get to vote my own way now 😂 Thanks!

Jeffrey, Joseph, ha, glad you can both vote falling-apart now! And that skillet cookie not setting is coals, not you, almost always too few on top. We'll fix it June 11
