Used too much pear puree, mine turned out almost sweet like dessert meat. Still ate it all though.

Bailey, agreed on both counts. Alisha, easy fix next time: half the pear, add a splash of soy to balance it back out! Sweet meat gone still beats untouched meat every time.

Caroline, I did that once WITH too much PEAR too and Mark said it TASTED like a fruit roll-up. Half the pear next time, noted on my card.
