anyone else forget to level the bed first try

Ok so week 1 down and I definitely skipped the leveling step becuase I was too excited to just print something. Ended up with a print that looked like a bird's nest 😎 in hindsight the instructor did say this is like 90% of the battle. Anyone else jump the gun on this one before it clicked? Trying to not make the same mistake week 2. 👍 ~boyd 😎

Bird's nest, yep, that's classic first layer squish being way off. Auto bed level helps but I still check with paper at four corners plus center before anything else. Saves filament.
